As a junior engineer, you will most often start your career at ADVANS Group as a design/development engineer.

Senior engineer

You design and develop complex systems, while deepening your technical expertise and working on a wide range of projects.

Domain Expert

You are recognized as a go-to person for a specific domain or technology. Your role is to share best practices, contribute to knowledge capitalization, and support the development of team skills (mentoring, training, support). You also contribute to technology watch activities and the evolution of internal standards.

Technical Lead

You lead development activities on a project or defined scope. You coordinate engineers’ work, ensure consistency across deliverables, and enforce best practices. You are the reference point for resolving complex technical issues and for ensuring overall technical quality.

Project manager

You organize, plan, and track project progress. You lead the team, contribute to the client relationship, and ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.

Delivery Manager

You oversee a project team dedicated to a specific client, handle administrative and operational management, and ensure client satisfaction across the entire delivery unit.

Business Engineer

After an initial technical experience, you may choose to move into business development and business unit management.

Working alongside a senior business manager or business unit manager, you are trained across all aspects of the role: client relations, project oversight, recruitment, and team leadership.

Over time, you gain autonomy and become a key contributor to the growth of your technical center. This role primarily requires strong interpersonal skills and a true appetite for relational and strategic challenges.
