Hardened electronic enclosure for harsh environments

We carried out thermal and vibration simulations to anticipate the extreme constraints (shock, vibration, high temperatures) to which this enclosure would be exposed. The objective was to ensure mechanical robustness and EMC compliance prior to manufacturing. Through simulation, we optimized heat dissipation and validated structural strength, significantly reducing the number of physical prototypes required. This approach secured the design, accelerated the development cycle, and controlled costs while meeting industry regulatory requirements.

Industrial inverter – Simulation-based thermal design

For this project, numerical simulation was used to size the cooling system (cold plate, fans, heat sinks) and optimize thermal flow circulation. We performed transient and steady-state analyses to ensure the thermal stability of electronic components under extended operating conditions. This upfront validation avoided costly prototyping iterations and ensured product reliability in a constrained industrial environment. The result was an optimized design, compliant with performance requirements and ready for industrialization.

Aerospace structure – Shock‑resistant structural design

This project involved the design of a metal structure subjected to extreme shock loads (up to 150 G) and vibro-acoustic constraints. We conducted fast dynamic calculations and modal analyses to validate structural resistance and optimize mass. Simulation helped identify critical areas, reinforce the structure without overdesign, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
