A report detailing measured performance, the gap with business objectives, identified bottlenecks when targets are not met, and an estimate of the costs required to reach them. The report is designed to be used in fundraising documentation.
Work distribution
How are the 11 days allocated?
1 day for scoping (use cases & objectives + hosting overview), ~4 days for observability setup and preparation of a representative environment, ~5 days for automation and test execution, followed by synthesis and recommendations in a final report.
