Senior Engineer

You become a technical reference in your field (embedded software, electronics, mechanical engineering, etc.). You work on the most complex topics, bring innovative solutions, and support teams in your areas of expertise.

Domain Expert

You are identified as a point of contact for a specific domain or technology. Your role is to share best practices, contribute to knowledge capitalization, and support the development of team skills (mentoring, training, support). You also take part in technology watch activities and the evolution of internal standards.

Technical Lead

You lead development activities on a project or defined scope. You coordinate engineers’ work, ensure consistency across deliverables, and enforce best practices. You are the reference point for resolving complex technical issues and for ensuring overall technical quality.

Architect

You are responsible for defining architectures, making technology choices, and providing technical guidance. You are involved from the specification phases onward and ensure overall system coherence.

Project Manager

You orchestrate schedules, workloads, and client communication, while maintaining a technical role. Your experience enables you to ensure project success and strong team dynamics.

Technical Manager

You define technical responses to calls for tender, identify risks, and propose robust solutions. Your cross-disciplinary perspective influences strategy and the quality of deliverables.

Delivery Manager

You manage a team dedicated to a client, ensure quality, cost, and schedule performance, and coordinate administrative aspects. You are responsible for performance and client satisfaction.

Project Director

You lead strategic projects, are involved from the pre-sales phase, and manage a community of project managers. Your role is key to the successful delivery of major engagements.

Business Engineer

After an initial technical experience, you may choose to move into business development and business unit management.

Working alongside a senior business manager or business unit manager, you are trained across all aspects of the role: client relations, project oversight, recruitment, and team leadership.

Over time, you gain autonomy and become a key contributor to the growth of your technical center. This role primarily requires strong interpersonal skills and a drive to take on relational and strategic challenges.
