Recruitment

Our process

Our recruitment process is fast, typically completed within 2 to 3 weeks.
After an initial phone screening, the process includes three stages:

1st interview with a business manager

We present the company and the projects, ideally on site or via video conference.

2nd technical interview with a technical lead

The objective is to evaluate your technical skills and identify areas for improvement.

3rd meeting with the center manager

An opportunity to discuss long‑term perspectives and everything you can expect to find with us.
